    All conference registration fees are refundable only if a refund request is submitted on or before May 1, 2026.

    No refunds will be issued for any reason after May 1, 2026. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, schedule conflicts, travel issues, illness, or failure to attend the conference.

    Refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing Daniel Ruda at daniel@kansasschoolcounselor.org no later than May 1, 2026. By registering for the conference, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
